In a bid to facilitate common Pakistani, Prime Minister Imran has directed the provincial governments to take every feasible administrative measure to stabilise prices of basic commodities and have an eye on the unreasonable dissimilarity presented between wholesale and retail rates. The decision was taken in the federal cabinet meeting. On the other hand PM in a communication with the Wapda chairman stressed on the need for lessening electricity charges under the government’s determined sketch called the ‘Decade of Dams’. PM also asked for early completion of a planned policy for the strengthening of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In this regard he directed the authorities to conclude a strategy to initiate a Universal Pakistan Emergency Helpline by integration all presented emergency help numbers. The main focus of the present Government is to facilitate the common man. This is the reason PM Imran khan remains engage in reviewing the demand and supply as well as cost of essential items. Currently he is focusing to initiate a comprehensive planning to incorporate timely steps so things can move in the right direction. The difficulties facing by common Pakistani are the matter of concern for the current government. Ehsaas program is indeed the flagship project of the incumbent government to facilitate the marginalized community of the country along with empowering the youth and women. In a report, the World Bank has listed the Ehsaas Emergency Cash programme among the top four social safety interventions worldwide in terms of the number of people sheltered.
