PM directs authorities to simplify issuance of licences, NOCs
Nankana incident condemnable, against my vision: PM
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday issued directives for simplifying the process of issuance of licences, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NOC).
He directed the Cabinet Division to work out separate mechanisms or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the regulatory authorities to ensure easy and time-bound issuance of licenses, permissions or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to the applicants.
The prime minister also called for making the process simple, easy and time-bound, according to a PM Office statement. He instructed that the same SOPs with timelines and procedure be placed on websites of the respective authorities for convenience of the public.
PM Khan asked the Cabinet Division to take necessary action in consultation with the respective regulatory authorities and furnish draft procedure to him within two weeks.
In his strong reaction to Nankana incident, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that there is contrast between the Nankana incident and treatment with minorities in India. He said that recent condemnable incident in Nankana Sahib is against his vision and will find zero-tolerance by his government.
The Prime Minister said that Modi’s RSS vision supports minorities’ oppression and the targeted attacks against Muslims are part of this agenda, the prime minister said in a tweet. Prime Minister Khan further said that the minorities will find protection by police and judiciary in Pakistan.
The RSS goons conducting public lynching and Muslims being violated by mobs are not only supported by Modi government but Indian police also leads anti-Muslim attacks, Imran Khan said in his social media statement.
In contrast, Modi’s RSS vision supports minorities oppression & the targeted attacks against Muslims are part of this agenda. RSS goons conducting public lynchings, Muslims being violated by mobs are all not only supported by Modi Govt but Indian police leads anti-Muslim attacks.
