Pakistan Army establishes Relief camp for drought-hit people of Cholistan

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Army has established Relief Camp for the drought-affected people of Cholistan with the joint collaboration of civil administration Bahawalpur to provide medical and relief facilities to the people.

According to Spokesman of Bahawalpur Corps, a forty two bed capacity heat stroke center has also been established at the free medical and drought relief camp at Chanan Pir area of Cholistan.

He said three mobile health teams equipped with heatstroke treatment facilities are active in drought-hit areas of Cholistan, providing treatment and water to the people and their cattle.
