India’s 33 years of brutalities forced over 40,000 Kashmiris to live as refugees


Islamabad: In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred seven Kashmiri youth, including four in a fake encounter, during the last two days. According to Kashmir Media Service, locals said that the troops arrested four youth and later killed them in a fake encounter in the garb of so-called cordon and search operation in Kupwara district yesterday. Another youth was martyred by the troops at Chatapora area of Pulwama district, on Monday. Two youth were also martyred by the troops in D.H Pora area of Kulgam district, on Sunday. A massive protest was staged in Shopian district against the killing of youth by Indian troops in Kupwara. Indian troops used brute force, including teargas shells, on protesters due to which several people were injured. Meanwhile, several people were arrested in raids by India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency at multiple locations in the Kashmir valley, today. National Conference leader Hasnain Masoodi in a statement in Srinagar has asked Modi regime to release incarcerated Kashmiri youth, lodged in prisons of India and occupied Jammu and Kashmir. A report released by Kashmir Media Service on the World Refugee Day, today, said, 33 years of Indian brutalities have forced over 40,000 Kashmiris to abandon their homes and live as refugees outside of the occupied territory.
