There is a French saying which is indeed so truthful, “Youth itself is a talent, A perishable talent”. The actual thing is to keep this talent alive by feeding it appropriately otherwise it would get flawed anytime. The provision of opportunities is the real way forward towards success and personal growth.
The youth of Pakistan is no less talented than anyone living in some other part of the world. Quaid-e Azam once said, “I look forward to you as the real maker of Pakistan. Don’t be exploited and don’t be misled. Create amongst yourselves complete unity and solidarity. Do set an example of what youth can do. Your main occupation should be fairness, to the state, to devote your attention to our studies. If you fritter away your energies now, you will always regret.” Youth is defined as a period during which a person prepares himself or herself to be an active and fully responsible member of society. It is a period of alteration from family-dependent childhood to independent adulthood and integration in society as a responsible citizen. The young population of Pakistan is one of its most valuable assets. Youth play a key role in the development of a country and a larger proportion can assure its speedy development in the form of unique and highly effective manpower. Luckily Pakistan has the privilege of having 63% of its total population comprising young people below 25 years of age. In this age of competition, the presence of highly educated and technically skilled young people in the country can play a significant role in guaranteeing an elevated status in the comity of nations. While owning a business may be a personal dream for many, managing a business may prove difficult because of a lack of prior business ownership, experience or management skills. An honest self-evaluation will allow you to assess your personal characteristics and determine your willingness to meet the demands of owning your own business. Entrepreneurship is the real future so emphasis should be given to enhance and develop opportunities.
