All departments have full support to continue their work without interruption: Federal Minister

Islamabad: Federal Minister Mr. Abdul Qadir Patel called upon the senior leadership of the Ministry of National Health Service’s Regulations and Coordination. The meeting was attended by Federal Secretary of Health Mr. Amir Ashraf Khawaja and Director General Health Dr. Rana Safdar. During the meeting, the minister was briefed on the ongoing projects of the ministry and the progress of related tasks.

The honorable minister said that all departments would have the full support and cooperation of the minister to continue their work without interruption. He reiterated that all ministry officials should continue working with more zeal and fervor.

“The current government believes in the advancement of public welfare. We must fast-track the requests of the public and take timely actions. We must work fast to promote and advance the health sector. We must build and strengthen health systems and healthcare services for the betterment of the health sector. Together, we can change the culture of the past and work tirelessly towards achieving our goals ”

Honorable Federal Minister Mr. Abdul Qadir Patel also remarked that the health sector is extremely sensitive, and there must be no space for carelessness or delay. The health ministry has many hospitals and important institutions under its belt. The officials of the ministry are responsible for running the operations to the best of their ability, and they must follow and work at a fast pace to keep up with evolving needs.

He concluded by stressing that there shall be no complacency in providing relief to the public. His ultimate goals are to improve public health, provide facilities to the public, and prevent diseases from spreading.
