3 Indian soldiers killed in retaliation by Pak Army
Indian troops fire mortars, artillery guns along LoC
At least three Indian soldiers were reportedly killed and several injured in retaliatory fire by Pakistan Army forces across Line of Control (LoC), Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Tuesday.
According to ISPR, Indian troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violations in Dina, Jura, Lipa and Dhanyal sectors, targeting civil population. The statement added that 26-year-old old Pakistani citizen was martyred and nine other citizens including women and children sustained injuries.
Earlier, Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing of mortars and artillery guns along Line of Control deliberately targeting civil population in Danna, Dhddnial, Jura, Lipa, Sharda and Shahkot Sectors today.
According to Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Major General Asif Ghafoor, an innocent citizen Nouman Ahmed age 26 years embraced shahadat while nine others including women and children got injured.All injured have been evacuated to hospitals. General Ghafoor said Pakistan army troops responded effectively targeting posts undertaking fire. Reports of three Indian soldiers dead, many injured besides damage to Indian posts.
